Apparel designing is the art of applying design,aesthetics,
clothing construction and natural beauty to clothing and
its accessories.It is influenced 
by culture and different trend,
and has varied over time and place. 

 Technician operates software to plot the garment panels for samples and bulk, by the provided specification and requirement.
 Every development alike a mini bulk production, each step is necessary. Sample cutting ensures the accurate specification and shape of the garment to be cut on the fabric.  Our top skillful workers perfectly complete sewing samples and provide professional advice on how to improve bulk efficiency and feedback.

Knitting is the start of quality  control, all process is monitored and with excellent knitting management,the ready-made fabric has no defects,comfortable feel and flat lines.
 Full lines of YUYUE products are made by active and environment-friendly dyestuff, with nearly zero formaldehyde or other hazardous substance, all our fabric dyeing is met with REACH standard. 

 The fabric surface is flat,the shrinkage is less than 5%,andthe softness and elasticity are moderate.

Based on the approved specification and fitting, pattern technician plots mass cutting marker and cutting division operates on the bulk fabric.
 Hi-Speed embroidery machines perfectly presents layers of graphic and logo on the garment, almost without defects.
 YUYUE can handle full print、rubber, flocking, cracking, foil and any other print technic. The new automatic print machines in use, can handle the press evenly, with higher efficiency and quality than manual operation.









Sewing
YUYUE is capable to complete all kinds of knitted garment workmanship, in strict accordance with customer’s requirement. Rely on lean management, upgrading worker skills and high quality sewing equipment, YUYUE always place customer needs in priority.

Final QC inspects each 
piece from inside out, 
including all seams and 
outside face. All defect 
ones will be taken out to repair.



 Steam pressing to quickly stabilize the shape, and instant vacuum to maintainthe garment dry and clean.

100% inspection Each piece of product to be inspected completely, in-line inspection will view all stitching quality overall, and final inspection will ensure every piece in the perfect condition with clean and neat appearance.







After completing all finishing and inspecting,the products are folded and packed into cartons and sent out for delivery.





 All inspected units will pass  the needle detector rail, once any 
broken needle were found and alarmed, inspectors will alert and find it out.
